I am so confident that you will truly enjoy and love your purchase and I want you to know that your complete satisfaction is my mission. Those who are not yet familiar with the quality of my designs rest assured, when ordering direct online from www.charleslthomas.com if for any reason the item you have ordered is not exactly what you have expected. You may return it within (10) days in the original packaging for a credit or a full refund (excluding shipping) providing the item has not been used and is returned in the condition it was shipped.
Returns
Every item is thoroughly inspected before it is shipped, but sometimes things can happen. If the item proves to be defective within 30 days after the date your item was shipped. It may be returned for replacement with an identical model and color choice that is in stock. In the event an "identical" item is not in stock, a full refund will be given (excluding shipping). I take every defect claim very seriously as your satisfaction and my reputation is extremely important to me. As a result, every claim is thoroughly examined on a case-by-case basis. Please know that only when it is determined that the damage was not caused by negligence or miss use will the above terms apply.
Return instructions
Please place your return in the original packaging when ever possible, with a copy of the original sales slip along with a note stating something like, “Not what I expected” or "Not large enough." In the case of a defect, explain, “where and how the defect occurred.”

Charles L Thomas Designs will cover the shipping costs via UPS ground when your replacement is shipped. Please allow 3 to 5 days for exchanges/refunds to be processed and shipped from the time we receive your return.

International Shipping
Charles L Thomas Designs is excited to announce that we now ship internationally. Either by UPS standard to Canada, UPS expedite or express to several countries or through your own freight forwarding company.
NOTE: Please advise us where you would like the handbag shipped before placing your order so that we can be sure it can be shipped.
