L Thomas Repairs and Return Policy Customers sometimes ask what our return policy is. We aim for complete customer satisfaction.
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something
is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right.
Repairs: Every item is thoroughly inspected before it is shipped
or sold, but even in the most perfect world sometimes things can happen. If your handbag or accessory is in need of a repair
due to normal use, you can return it with the original receipt within 6 months after the date your item was purchased for
a "free of charge repair" (excluding shipping). If the item proves to be unrepairable within the initial 6 month period, a replacement of an identical model and
color choice that is in stock will be exchanged. If within the 6 month period an "identical" item
is not in stock, a full refund will be given (excluding shipping). If a repair is needed between 6 months to 1 year after purchase, a repair charge
will apply. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for your repair.
All repairs needed 1 year after the purchase date all repairs will be the responsibility of the purchaser. We take every
claim very seriously as your satisfaction and our reputation is extremely important to us. As a result, every claim is thoroughly
examined on a case-by-case basis. Please know that only when it is determined that the damage was not caused by negligence
or miss use will the above terms apply.
Returns: We are so confident that you will
truly enjoy and love your purchase and we want you to know that your complete satisfaction is our mission. Those who are
not yet familiar with the quality of our creations rest assured, if for any reason the item is not exactly what you had expected.
You may return it within (30) days in the original packaging for a credit or a full refund (excluding shipping) providing
the item has not been used and is returned in the condition it was shipped. All returns are accepted on a case by case basis.
Return instructions: Please place your return in the original packaging
and with a copy of the original sales slip when possible. In the case of a defect, explain, “where and how the defect
occurred.”
